Previously Head of Public Sector at Telkom Kenya. Holds an MSc in ICT Policy and Regulation and a BSc in Telecommunications and Information Technology; currently pursuing a PhD in Business Innovation and Technology Management.

MBA Strategic Management (UoN); BSc Information Systems (USIU). 23+ years' experience.

MBA in Strategic Management and BSc Electrical & Electronics Engineering, both from the University of Nairobi.
