Board of Directors

The Board provides strategic direction, fiduciary oversight and policy guidance for the Authority — appointed by the Cabinet Secretary for ICT, in line with the State Corporations Act.

Governance

Strategic oversight of a national mandate

The Board oversees the Authority's strategy, finances, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, and is accountable to the Cabinet Secretary, the National Assembly, and ultimately the people of Kenya.

Active community leader and supporter of vulnerable women and students.

Strategic direction

Approves the Strategic Plan, annual workplan and corporate objectives — ensuring alignment with national digital priorities.

Risk & performance oversight

Monitors execution, reviews quarterly performance and oversees enterprise-risk management against the State Corporations Code.

Audit & compliance

Approves financial statements, oversees internal and external audits, and enforces statutory and regulatory compliance.

Stakeholder engagement

Represents the Authority before Parliament, development partners, the private sector and county governments.
